VIP Fine Art Soirees – By Invitation Only
Exclusive invitation only VIP Fine Art Soirees are held to view and discuss the artworks with Julia S. Rasor in person. Julia’s focus is on sculpting the human figure. Her interest in this subject arose through her years of study of the human body during her medical device career. She has created a large body of work of figurative sculptures in both representational and abstract styles.
Julia’s art reflects her medical science career as an inventor and entrepreneur – it’s not uncommon to see her fearlessly experiment with a wide range of media and subjects resulting in dynamic, edgy, and dramatic sculpture that emanates both dark and light emotion – Yin and Yang. Sculpture series include world events (The Recession), the afterlife (Transforming Spirits), high fashion (Haute Couture, Avant-Garde), and strange departures into the unusual (FractAliens) for’ fractured alien’.
The 1,200 square foot gallery, 735 square foot studio, and sculpture garden have stunning 360-degree views and are in the midst of a working avocado grove. The complex is unique as it was built by, and was the former home of, a renowned architect. It is nestled in the heart of the De Luz Heights mountain area of Fallbrook, the ‘Avocado Capital of the World’.
